Lanzamos nuevas licitaciones en el marco del Proyecto GENESIS.
La Palma Deep Demonstrator (Living Lab) incluye la implementación y ejecución de 4 demostradores de Soluciones basadas en la Naturaleza (SbN) resilientes al clima para la protección de las infraestructuras hídricas y preservación de las aguas subterráneas. Las infraestructuras físicas de demostración permitirán investigar, probar y verificar el funcionamiento en entorno reales de las SbN diseñadas a medida en la isla de La Palma (Islas Canarias, España) y que se integrarán junto a otras acciones innovadoras digitales y de involucración de comunidades locales y sociedad.
El desarrollo de las SbN del Deep Demonstrator cuenta con la participación colaborativa de varios socios del Consorcio GENESIS.
La licitación de actuaciones para la construcción e instalación de soluciones basadas en la naturaleza en el Deep Demonstrator de La Palma se resumen en los siguientes puntos:
- DM2 Barlovento – Instalaciones y montaje de sistemas de monitorización y control en cierre hidráulico de galería tradicional.
- DM3 Trasvase – Instalaciones de monitorización y control de cierre hidráulico de almacenamiento de agua de abastecimiento.
- DM4 Tenisca – Obras e instalaciones de monitorización y control de galería seca de infiltración para recarga gestionada con aguas regeneradas destinadas a riego agrícola.
- DM5 Angustias – Obras e instalaciones de monitorización y control de sistemas naturales de tratamiento suelo-acuífero y prevención de inundaciones.

We are launching new tenders within the framework of the GENESIS Project.
La Palma Deep Demonstrator (Living Lab) includes the implementation and execution of four climate-resilient Nature-Based Solutions (NBS) demonstrators for the protection of water infrastructure and the preservation of groundwater. The physical demonstration infrastructure will enable the investigation, testing and verification of the functioning in real environments of the NBS designed specifically for the island of La Palma (Canary Islands, Spain), which will be integrated alongside other innovative digital actions and the involvement of local communities and society.
The development of the Deep Demonstrator’s NBS involves the collaborative participation of several partners from the GENESIS Consortium.
The tender for the construction and installation of nature-based solutions in the Deep Demonstrator in La Palma can be summarised as follows:
- DM2 Barlovento – Installation and assembly of monitoring and control systems in dike-impounded dam in traditional water gallery
- DM3 Trasvase – Installation of monitoring and control systems for the dike-impounded dam of water supply storage.
- DM4 Tenisca – Works and installation of monitoring and control systems for a dry infiltration gallery for managed aquifer recharge with reclaimed water for agricultural irrigation.
- DM5 Angustias – Works and installations for monitoring and control of natural soil-aquifer treatment systems and flood prevention.
